On 27 September 2012, within the framework of the V World Aviation Congress ‘Aviation in the XXI Century’, a roundtable discussion ‘Future Prospects of EGNOS and GNSS Technologies in Ukraine’ was held. It brought together participants from different countries to discuss topical issues, exchange information and improve mutual understanding among organisations working in the field of GNSS. The National Aviation University hosted a seminar on EGNOS in Ukraine “Assessment of possible expansion of EGNOS coverage in Ukraine ’ with the participation of the European Commission, the State Aviation Administration, the National Aviation University and the State Space Agency. Representatives of the Aerospace Centre took part in the workshop and prepared proposals for possible joint actions of NAU and Valdani Vicari & Associates to promote EGNOS in Ukraine.
