Objective: to analyse existing systems and provide proposals for the creation of hardware and software tools for monitoring and forecasting the quality of satellite navigation and high-precision coordinate and time support using GNSS signals and their functional add-ons, primarily the ground-based functional add-on of Ukraine – SCNSU (‘Space Navigation and Time Support System of Ukraine’).
Main scientific and technical results.
Solutions to the complex of tasks of creating a system for monitoring, certification of characteristics and quality management of navigation and high-precision coordinate and time support services based on signals from global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) and their ground-based differential functional add-ons, including the Space Navigation Support System of Ukraine (SNSSU), are proposed, the main tasks and principles of the system’s functioning are considered. The organisational and technical measures for the creation of the system are defined, including proposals for solving specific components of the tasks.
